She has a strong background in primary care, HIV prevention and treatment, and chronic disease management. Heather is passionate about providing compassionate, inclusive care and expanding access to high-quality healthcare for all patients, especially underserved and LGBTQ+ communities. She is known for her approachable style, clinical leadership, and commitment to patient-centered care.

He is an HIV specialist credentialed through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM) and a certified PrEP prescriber. Trevor is deeply committed to creating inclusive, affirming healthcare environments where patients feel supported, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University and his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Michigan State University, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care. His advanced education equips him to address complex and chronic health concerns while maintaining a holistic approach to wellness. Trevor currently practices as a nurse practitioner at Truesdale Medical Center, providing comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult patients. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as faculty at ECPI University, where he contributes to the education and professional development of future healthcare providers and remains passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of clinicians. Trevor provides care for adults 18 and older, with a focus on LGBTQ+ health, chronic disease management, and sexual health, including HIV treatment and prevention. His approach emphasizes shared decision-making, ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and actively involved in their care. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys playing all types of games (feel free to ask what he has been playing recently), staying active, and spending quality time with his family, his husband, and his chocolate lab, Nestle.

Outside of work, she is a sports lover with a soft spot for goldfish and giraffes. She tries to live by one of her favorite quotes: “Stay ready, so you won’t have to get ready.” It inspires the way she leads, works, and shows up for others every day.

With TelePrep, Sam leads the effort to make HIV prevention more accessible through modern, patient-first virtual care.

With a passionate focus on community health and empowerment, she helps clients access PrEP through quick virtual visits, easy-to-understand guidance, and judgment-free care. Whether you’re learning about PrEP for the first time or returning to refill, Sheniah is here to walk you through each step—insurance or no insurance, no problem. Her goal is to make prevention accessible, confidential, and centered around you. From answering questions to scheduling appointments and connecting you with the right resources, Sheniah ensures your TelePrEP experience is smooth, comfortable, and personalized. She believes everyone deserves the tools to protect their health—and she’s here to help you get them.

She takes pride in supporting our team and ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Charleston native, she values the opportunity to contribute to a community that has shaped so much of who she is. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother of three; her family remains her most significant source of inspiration and joy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling with loved ones. These interests not only bring balance to her life but also enrich her perspective both personally and professionally. She is committed to providing exceptional service, fostering positive relationships, and continually growing in her role within the medical center.

As one of two Administrative Specialists at Truesdale Medical Center, Cliff is dedicated to supporting daily operations and ensuring our patients, staff, and providers receive reliable, efficient administrative assistance. He takes pride in contributing to an environment that prioritizes high-quality care, professionalism, and compassion. Outside of work, he is a proud cat dad to Tiger. In his free time, he enjoys watching horror movies, dining out, and exploring the many small towns across the beautiful state of South Carolina. These interests allow him to unwind, discover new experiences, and connect more deeply with the community. He is committed to continued growth in this role and to upholding the values that make Truesdale Medical Center a trusted place for care.

A proud Clemson University graduate, Cody brings over a decade of healthcare experience to his role as Practice Manager. He is dedicated to supporting both our team and our patients with professionalism and care. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, staying active in the gym, and taking on home-improvement projects.

Josh completed his undergraduate degree at Clemson University and earned his PharmD at the University of South Carolina in 2020. Before joining the team at Avita Pharmacy, he worked in several community pharmacies, where he learned the importance of patient interaction & the impact a truly caring pharmacy team can have on patients’ overall health and wellness. He is excited to bring that level of care into this new endeavor, having the clinic and pharmacy under one roof.

She loves helping patients feel supported and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the counter. Her goal is to keep things easy and stress-free for everyone who walks through the door.
